YUMMY GREEN JUICE SMOOTHIE

Just thought I’d share this quick and easy, not to mention yummy green juice smoothie with you. It is a blended drink of fresh fruits and dark leafy greens which is a great way to naturally energize you, boost your immune system and transform your body inside and out.

For skeptics like my sister Marsha, please give it a try.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries or other any fruit of your choice
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seed
  • 1 tablespoon of flax seed
  • 1 cup of any milk of your choosing.
    • Personally I prefer using soy / almond / oat milk
  • Optional add-ins:
    • protein powder, collagen powder, nuts, seeds, and much more

How to prepare:

  1. Add a layer of crushed ice into your cup.
  2. Add the liquid ingredients.
  3. Add your frozen greens of choice on top of the liquid. 
  4. Add the banana, strawberries and add-ins.
  5. Sprinkle all the seeds on top.
  6. Blend & enjoy this yummy green juice smoothie!
