Just thought I’d share this quick and easy, not to mention yummy green juice smoothie with you. It is a blended drink of fresh fruits and dark leafy greens which is a great way to naturally energize you, boost your immune system and transform your body inside and out.
For skeptics like my sister Marsha, please give it a try.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 1 cup frozen strawberries or other any fruit of your choice
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tablespoon of chia seed
- 1 tablespoon of flax seed
- 1 cup of any milk of your choosing.
- Personally I prefer using soy / almond / oat milk
- Optional add-ins:
- protein powder, collagen powder, nuts, seeds, and much more
How to prepare:
- Add a layer of crushed ice into your cup.
- Add the liquid ingredients.
- Add your frozen greens of choice on top of the liquid.
- Add the banana, strawberries and add-ins.
- Sprinkle all the seeds on top.
- Blend & enjoy this yummy green juice smoothie!
